Suitability

Experience required

Applicants should already be confident on demanding multi-day treks, including consecutive six-to-nine-hour days and substantial ascent and descent. Previous trekking above 4,000 metres is strongly recommended, along with comfort on exposed, rocky and occasionally snow-covered terrain.

Preparation focus

High-volume endurance, long ascent capacity, eccentric leg strength for steep descents, efficient fuelling and sound movement under fatigue.

Included for every participant

12-week personalised Mountain Ready PRO and Sports Psychology Session.
